The hardest leg of one's journeys is often the beginning. This is
often made much easier with the guidance of a more experienced player. The
best guide is a player who has mastered a guild. They are then
in a position to guide younger players in their studies.
Any newer player in a guild can be apprenticed to someone who meets
the above criteria. From this partnership, they not only get assistance and
advice, but studying/training in the guild becomes a bit easier if their
master is present to help them. Partying with one's master is always a
productive way to learn quickly.
In return for giving of their time to assist younger guild members, those
who accept apprentices receive an award once their apprentice reaches the top
of that guild.
One's masters and apprentices can be seen with the 'score' command. Visit
your guild for more information.
