The 'chat'-channel is the only mud-wide multilingual channel. In practise, speaking other languages than English is not a punishable act on the aforementioned channel. While you probably get the largest audience by doing so you can also speak German, Finnish, Urdu, whatnot. Other rules about channel behavior apply however. SEE ALSO help channels
