Just to clarify on the new bug-tracker. Old bugs, that are currently in old bugtracker will be transferred to the new system. It will be connected with clearing obsolete things and verifying the existing database. So, don't worry, old reports aren't lost or discarded.

One of Bat's servers is currently having problems with its storage system. This causes problems with www.bat.org and some other services, but the MUD and HCBat are unaffected. We are working on the problem.
