Is fire building skill any good for skeleton? I see message "The fire's warmth soothes you." but it atleast does not seem to heal same way (give couple hit points back) as it did heal me when I was human character.

Also is it me or does character heal slower inside? Like caves.

Fire gives 1-20 hp per fire tick depending on skill and mastery and stats.

Only ents heal slower in caves.
