I have 327 TPs personally. Since I donated for 150 of them, this means that I
have earned 177 TPs through various non-donate related tasks. Some have come
from bugs, some from helping with generic things (got a few from sending
suggestions for website, etc), etc. The difference in boons capability between
150 and 320 tps is not huge, due to the doubling factor.
What this means is that I made at least 1 full boon and a little extra without
counting donations...try to contribute to the game, or at least the game
atmosphere, and you can make some boons.
I'm not sure that I got tps for all of these, and this list is not complete,
but these are some things that I've done and gotten tps:
* lots of bug and typo reports
* helped with different mud admin stuff; suggestions/comments/etc for website,
and some testing during the no-save when we came to the new machine
* submitted pics for some cons...(not sure I got tp's for this, but some
people do)
* helped a fellow mudder in distress when their rental car was stolen while
attending a con (again, not sure on the tps, but it was at least discussed)
* tp rain
* being on when an arch is drunk
* being on when an arch is sober (well, this hasn't happened yet, but i'm sure
people would get tps on such a momentous occasion)
* being on during major mud holidays: bat anniversary, and some of the usual
major 'official holidays' for finland.
* helping newbies (long before newbie helper status was in the game, I believe
I got some tps for helping newbies sometimes)
* good pr for bat (my car has license plate holders which say on top "I'd
rather be mudding..." and on the bottom "www.bat.org"...my license plates say
'SUFFELI')
* I've gotten tps for insulting one arch in front of another (though be
careful...this particular incident was preceeded by a nice zap)
* I haven't, but you can occasionally purchase tps from the tp shop...nice for
getting up to the nice round number
And, I'm sure there are dozens of more ways to get tps without donating. Many
of them contribute to the overall game, even some of the 'sillier' social

I\'ve done most of those and more... and got 10tp:P This includes TPs
from two infinite money bugs. Getting TPs is so random it\'s not even
funny:) Especially getting TPs from things that \'rightfully\' should

If all else fails, then I guess you could just mudsex an arch...the active
ones obviously spend too much time here to be able to have social lives, so
they'd probably appreciate the attention. The inactive ones? Well, they
probably just arched for the sole purpose of receiving mudsex...and lost
