I fail to see what prohibits people from doing small race evil_religs. Or are
you the poor ass newbies who can't afford good cheap weapons? Uhuu Boo hoo
hoo. Dex should be tuned to affect tanking properly, so there'd actually be a
difference playing a 100 dex catfolk and a 7 dex ent.
