Was just wondering how this worked. I mean, if you have your name on eq, then
how does it make it any different from if someone without their name wears it
and tries to get it repaired? Does it set a flag if the eq is damaged while
you are wearing it, so then, theoretically, you should be able to get it
repaired higher? Or is the flag set just by person A with name on it wearing
it?
And i'm assuming that when random merchant player tries to repair the item, it
runs a check to see if one (or both if thats the case) of the flags are on the
item and then derives the max condition from there?
Intelligent feedback appreciated. I couldn't think of where else to put this
other than channel and getting a bunch of retarded responses so i put it here.
