Yes offtanks rock too much. Please give us more downtunes.

no, all offtanks except giants, trolls, minotaurs and ents suck totally
because they hit like no sock at all.
that's why effect of size must be downtuned in way or another.

Ah and thus giants, ogres... should be downtuned? And size really is not all so important, naturally giant will hit harder than cromag (size 100 vs 72) but the difference is not really so big, I tested with freereincs.
