You would reinc to join a party? I think that right there is good reason to
keep current system. Before, you were just (simplifying a bit here) a member
of every race, every guild, and could swap between them at will if ya had a
little time and took a small hit to your xp. That's bad. Now people will
just have to be more specialized in their craft. That's good. A party needs
a mage and you're ranger, do you really think it is ok to just become a mage
real quick to do that party? That's just stupid. Players might just have to
actually put some thought into their chosen race and profession. So that
answers your point (a). Point (b), well, you don't WANT youth scroll, but
tough shit, use em anyway. Isn't always what you want. Point (c) immortals
do NOT get free reincs. We are of coder race and can never reinc out of it,
so we are the ones screwed on reincs, cuz we can't do it, neener! Point (d)
why should it be a pain? Perhaps no reason. But it definitly shouldn't be
free or easy. Reincing is a powerful tool. An extremely powerful tool. You
ain't just gonna get it for nothing.

All in all, yeah, reincing may be a pain now. Perhaps instead of maintaining
your current scheduled reincs and whining about it, just reinc a little less
and put some thought and planning into it. Use your brain, it doesn't hurt
much.

If you can't see how poerful reincing is, then yes, by your own admission, you
are clueless.

Why not remove it? Because it doesn't have to be one extreme or the other.
Devs are trying to findthe proper balance between the ends of the spectrum.
If this current implentation doesn't work, a new one will take its place. But
it takes longer than a few days or even a few weeks to see if the change is
effective. Give it time.
