I think that the idea is ok, but it should be made easier for newbies, cause
when i was a newbie i reinced like crazy just to find out which guilds i liked
and didnt.. but for more exp total people i like the idea of the max tax being
higher. Oh, and dont factor in rebirth exp, cause rebirth is a crappy idea
already, but than being a newbie and having to pay alot of taxes on your 10m
exp you have because you are now a newbie would just suck.
