naw (no target) -> Nomiculious shakes his head and says "Naw."
naw (target) -> *Nomiculious shakes his head at you and says "Naw."

Maybe something around this line.
Thanks! Can you please do this, I type it all the time, and it never does what
I expect it to.
I propose a slightly different version of it:
nah (no target) -> You look around with a serious face and say 'Nah'.
nah (target) -> You look at Nomiculious with a serious face and say 'Nah'.

Oh, wait...we _already_ have that. Maybe try 'command naw nah $*'. (and,
hey...did you send that emote request from the web?
