He sells em in hcbat. Something about the kids on this bat just cant handle
em.
party report [Sps Max]
Just add them if they dont like it.. they dont have to buy them... some of us
here wana get high
Since I'm from California, I'm going to have to request that we add joints to
the tobacconist shop, and remove cigarrettes and other tobacco products from
said shop. Also, I would like the city guards to arrest anyone smoking tobacco
products within 1 room of any public buildings in BC.

Thanks,

Since I'm from Oslo I'll feel much more at if tobacco products were sold with
HEAVY taxes, thus making a great smuggler market (code a thief guild with
possibilities to smuggle tobacco from say zombiemud?). In addition all smoking
in indoor locations is illegal (except for your own home/car/dedicated rooms
at work places) and the OWNER of the indoor location is fined. On the other
hand, code a room in Bat City where all drug laws regarding injectable
substances seizes to exist and surringes are free plus there are nurses to
help you. Of course, smoking is prohibited there though (except for in special
rooms for those nurses, of course).
