I\'m impressed by their experiment, but I\'m not really
impressed by the fact they have managed to teleport
quantum states. It\'s not even close to teleport something
for real, so dont expect cityportals to popup in your RL
neighberhood for another 1000 years. It is however one
step further to be able to do experiments where you can
show quantum mechanical effects on a very small scale
(one atom, one photon).

The funny thing is that those ideas about being able to
teleport things was first sponsored by an american general,
that thought it would be really good to be able to teleport
his tanks right in front of his enemies. Don\'t know how the
scientiest managed to angle the problem so he would invest
money in that, but he did.
