I would expect that the price on eq is dropping to the point where people see
what's worthwhile...if all eq drops in value by 25%, then don't you have
approx. the same eq buying power as you did before the tune? Just because this
virtual object sold for 100M before doesnt mean that it always needs to sell
for that same 100M...so just buy your eq at prices assuming they'll be gone in
X days/hours/whatever of gameplay, and live with it and stop whining. If you
do want the convenience of making it last longer, they've spent some time
coding a method by which you can get your name on any gettable piece of
eq...so take advantage of it.

And, I'll note that permanently adding your name to an eq will NOT make the eq
more valuable...it will maybe do so for one sale, but if you can't resell it
to someone else, then you are only postponing the problem for a short while.
