I'm not sure who Proteus is, but he's not welcome in bat-suburb anymore. Be
careful if you party with him.

Would be it be possible to kindly ask that the guards could be set as the help
file 'player guards' state that they do not attack people on the entrances.
It's pretty difficult to know who are the people who are not welcome into
bat-suburbs, since we cannot really know. In case someone is partying with a
person who happens to be on enemy list, innocent people get killed anyway.
Anyway I understand such guards are against the rules.

accessible guards that are aggro to the world at large. You can however set
public guards aggro to specific people, as long as you the don't summon said
person to said guards for the express purpose of killing the player.

I reckon that guards that have enemy lists that are two rooms from the
outerworld map are directly accessible in a way. I cannot really see a
difference if the guard is directly in the first room, if nothing prevents a
person to walking to second room that has the specific guard. Another example
to this point: I'm member of party that has 9 members and some random person
is leading a party and one of the nine members has been set as enemy by the
whim of city owner. The fact if the guard is in one room or two room radius,
but still aggressive and can be directly accessed is in my opinion just a way
to bend rules.

crap, but..

help player cities:
Summoning other players to player cities with hostile intentions is
forbidden. If you want to pkill, do it somewhere else.

AFAIK, no arch has been approached about this, nor have we seen any evidence
to back this claim up. Random ranting in a bs-group is hardly enough for us
to act on.
