Err, with the same logic you could say nothing needs any upgrade just because
somebody pays something to get something. There are a lot of skills that could
be upgraded, and I think he asked for a general upgrade, not specifically qc.

What the fuck are those fuckers doing?! That is one of the most sadistic
things I've ever seen. This is why I hate humans. If I ever saw someone doing
that, i would knock them unconscious, fill a bathtub with ice water, gash
their arms and legs all over and wait there until they woke up to realize that
as soon as their body warms up, they will bleed to death. Then, while they
were in a state of panic, they wouldh't realize I had taken off their eyelids,
so while putting their head into a vice, i would slowly use a scalpel to slice
their eyeballs open. One a time, very slowly, so they could see what was being
done to them. God...taking a poor cat and burning it alive. Grrrrrrrrrr. I
hate humans. People like these are why the world needs die.
