well think about it. there is no limit how smart you can be. But I say that no
matter how much steroids you eat there is some maximum outerlimits that your
body can reach. or something. or maybe its too hot in here........
Hmm... one is born with a certain IQ which doesn't really change, right? (I'm
comparing INT with IQ now, WIS is different issue)
The body one is born with does (for most races/species) change as time passes,
thus the special spmax boost for INT should be removed and hpmax boost for CON
should replace it.
