instead of just romping through the eq list and tuning good sac eqs,
(ex. dodgestaff, pink crystal armguards)
make it so when you have your name on those eqs you get the old
sacvalue for it.

anyways. And the tuned eqs have had too high sac value
compared to difficulty to get em.
