how about a tiny % chance that ents catch fire when they stomp out a camp

about some other races and suggesting those, instead of always inventing new
things for ents, ents, ents?
I'll start: Lets have it so, that when somebody reincs to a duck, there's a
small chance that they'll become Ugly Ducklings!
They will be rejected and spat on before they grow up! Before they reach level
50 every monster and player will be aggressive to them and attack on sight!
But, when (if ever) they reach the required level they'll turn into beautiful
SwanDucks and get permanent +30cha! Cheer!
