cant be done since those that are not in the hiking event can still relo to
those that are and cast vw at them. just to many ways to abuse this.
Yeah, really abuse, same for all. Just like you can ask summon on wanted, ask
someone to come and cast dimdoor or use mounts/other applications to save your
ep.

Nice event, but ruins the play from others if not fixed properly.
