I do believe they were just taken from a sql database and counted from there.
If that's the case, it would be a simple task to write a script that just goes
through them. I think favorit was asking help on that one some time ago?
Twomi had a scrip that made a quest char and went to look at exp plaque, every
day. It took the data to db and made the charts based on that.
