This is the email i sent off to the customer service center. I\'ll keep you
posted on the results.

Guess what.
It\'s hard not to use words like \'assclown\' or \'incompetent fucktards\'
when faced with these hostile feelings.

Is my name and Email familiar? I hope so. If not, let me break down my
exhilarating xbox 360 experience.

Long ago, I went through a 3day battle with your outsourced (India? Pakistan?
Thanks for aiding our experience by hiring out people with minimal english
skills and thick accents) customer service center, I finally got them to take
my information and send me a box to ship my 360 to you folks with. Two weeks
later, I got my 360 back. Repaired to good as new.

Or not. 3 fucking days later, the disc tray stopped working. I let the system
gather dust for MONTHS because I dreaded..absolutely feared..calling your
godforsaken customer service line. Finally, however, with Shadowrun being out,
I figured it was time. So I called, and they sent the box, and I said farewell
to my 360.
Did I get a prompt return?
Okay, here\'s the fun part. I shipped it on the 16th. I tracked it via ups\'
website, and it showed that you guys got it on the 18th.
Jump to the 1st of this month. Still no 360. So I called..and guess what? The
call center confirmed that it has been fixed SINCE THE 20TH!! It had been
sitting in the service center gathering dust for 12 days!
After my coronary passed, the lady on the phone said she\'d take care of it.
Bless her heart, 4 days later I got my 360 with a note saying that they
decided to send me a new console, an apology, and 1 month of free live(what is
that, like $5? Thank you, o\' kind and gracious tightwads) which I happily
plugged in and started playing.
Well, tried to. It fucking froze 2 minutes into gears of war. Then I bought
crackdown. And it froze A LOT. Then I went through your troubleshooting, and
it still fucking froze.
You know I own a Wii? A coke spilled off my tv and splashed INTO THE DISC
DRIVE. That was 2 months ago and I still haven\'t had the first problem with
that nintendo-made fun machine.

Why me? Why send me the shitty consoles? This makes 2 botched pieces of
cheaply made garbage that I\'ve gotten. I\'ve lost over a month of gaming on
my 360 because someone..somewhere..botched the making of 2 systems and i\'m
the lucky bastard that picked them up. What do i get for my troubles? One
free month of xbox live and an automated apology.

This is not going to cut it. If I don\'t hear something..soon, from a real
person, who doesn\'t have a goddamn accent and who really gives a shit, I will
call the BBB and throw my voice in with all the other thousands of embittered
customers. You can reach me at 225-276-****. And I pray to god that I don\'t
get an \'automated email\' reply. That would be the fuck you icing on the fuck
you cake.

Wait so you bought a console from the same people that bring you Windows and
you are miffed because you are having trouble with it.
