I dont think this is quite what dutois was asking for, but isn't it still the
case that rebirth gets exp pool, but that rebirth exp counts towards it? So
that 1x rebirth still gets the tail 150M of exp pool?

I remember it like yesterday when Duke "gave" us
powerhour, which turned eventually to exppool.

To compensate this huge boost to exp, exp costs
for levels were drastically raised.

Too bad that exppool disappeared, but very
costly lvls stayed..
