// begin rambling

Hmm. I wonder what the ratio is of task points given for constructive game
imput (minus donates), versus task points given out in rains, special events,
trivia contests, and 'amuse the arch' type scenarios is. I think 60% of mine
in that setup come from the latter. For that matter, do people even GET tps
for typos anymore? I did once, a loooooong time ago. Maybe so new players
could get typo tps, we could have the equivalent of punch cards, for every
three trivial typos, get a tp. That the wiz wouldn't have to hesitate at the
threshold as it were. Then again maybe not. Still, I wonder at the ratios
involved. What creates more tps, boredom or praise?
Todays link should quite appeal to Star Control fans.

Maybe its because they don't seem to fix typos anymore..? I've reported like
billion and only Shardik seems to fix them once in a while.

Cheers,

Well, I have fixed all reported typos (if they really were unintentional
typos) from my areas. Unfortunately it is impossible for me (or any of the
non-archs) to fix typos in someone else's areas.
