Bard song and channeller skill

Makes all bards and channellers in the mud super fucking powerful lets them
have all the abilities of any other guilds but 10 times more powerful.

Drawbacks: None of the other guilds that really need some improvement get
anything coded to them and they stay really boring and dull.
