You know what's really annoying, is the software MusicMatch Jukebox. I mean,
it's wicked piece of software, which I why I use it, but it's registration
scheme is a pain in the ass. See, once you enter your serial number, it makes
you validate it online...what kind of shit is that?! So just to show it who's
boss, I decided to go track down ZoneAlarm and install it, and then forbid
MusicMatch to access the internet. That showed the registration scheme who's
boss. Now, however, I can't use one of the cool features, which is looking up
a file's ID3 tags online...way cool. But since I disallowed access to the
stupid program, I can't get the tags. Guess I still gotta do them by hand, or
reenter the reg code every time I check tags online. Maybe I can come up with
a patch for this problem...
How about using something less stupid for listening music?
Like winamp? Or even windows mediaplayer?
There are gozenz of good id3-tagging programs out there. I prefer dr.tag.
Anyway. I'm having a hang-over and feeling a bit annoyed. I just wanted to
rant.
Bye now.
