Powerhours should accumulate. I.e. If I don't exp for 3 months at all, I'd
have 90 hour powerhour when I exp again.
Better yet, find out some "average" exp/minute ratios and make the power exp
accumulate over time with 10% of that ratio. (I.e. if you don't exp for 10
days, you can do your average 1 day exp with double rate)
Of course this would also result to fact that everyone who does not play 24/7
could do 10% of their daily exp with double bonuses.
Anyways, powerhour is fine the way it is and you really should tune
EQ-nametune or somthing first, because exp is not the problem but money is.
