Clearly if you're a shadow, you don't regen in lit places. Nor can you
use specials or anything. However, where there's no light, there can't
be shadows, so I suggest that in addition, shadows would instantly
die if theres no light. This would clearly make them more balanced
and fun to play, and all the ents would be happy too!
