Once you reach rebirth 3 you can get one extra character. Each time your next
char reaches rebirth 3 you can always create 1 extra char. It was legalized
long time ago.

That really doesn't do anything good to the game, I believe. It's the small
minority of know-all, done-all überhighbies that fuck this game for tuning
sensibly in any case, two of the same guy-> double trouble.
