This was tried once by gore about 5-6 years ago when he said he will
remove/punish anyone who won't remove their site and Dryad said she would not
ever remove her site and soon the idea just fizzled away, not sure why Gore or
admins changed their mind on this, but I remember Welwood called Gore a nazi
and welwood got banned.

But it's
unrealistic, secret databases are all over, some requiring password to access,
so I doubt it could be enforced. And most of those sites have bad information,
if you know anything about eq/quests you know lots of those sites have
conflicting data and don't even understand the basics of how some eq works.
