"When an arch says "stop killing that newbie" it means "stop killing that
newbie". Asking your friends to kill the newbie and hiring tiger missions on
the newbie after being given such a warning is an invitation for disaster. Crx
has been given a week to think this matter over."
Ok, so hiring tiger missions after newbies is now forbidden?
Or it is forbidden if some arch just happens to feel so at the moment?
Really, forbid those missions code-wise not to accept such a nubus as a target
or else, let people use them as they are used to.
Getting a ban after hiring a tiger mission is bullshit.

Notice how an arch _warned_ about pkilling. This was a specific
instance of Crx harassing a single newbie, and tiger mission
was just a part of the harassment. Seriously, whether you agree
or not, going against an arch in this kind of situations is
just plain stupid. And the punishment was a week...

Next you probably suggest that player skills/spells won't
do damage to newbies? Get a grip dude.
Generally, hiring missions is perfectly ok, same thing with pkilling.
Sometimes those pkillings become excessive, in particular against
newbies.
If a player has been warned by archwizards that they are not allowed
to pkill a specific newbie anymore (since they have no reason to be
doing that anyway), it is extremely poor taste (and yes, warrants a
ban in my view) to either ask your friends to start pkilling instead
or to hire missions after the newbie. Just leave that player along!
It doesn't mean that newbies cannot be pkilled or you are not ever
allowed to hire missions against newbies. Only that in cases where you
have been warned and told not to harass someone, the correct thing to
do is to heed that warning.
As a reply to my own post (which is always excellent taste,
debating with yourself!), let me explain the scenario in terms
that you might be more familiar with!
Actors:
=======
Bully player = You
Victim (newbie) = Your ex-girlfriend
Archwizard = The Judge
Scenario:
=========
After a time of physical and mental abuse, your girlfriend has
finally had enough of your stupidity and calls off the
relationship. To make sure that she will never again be a
victim of your stupid and childish behaviour, she goes to The
Judge to get a restraining order.
The restraining order says that You cannot approach or harass
your ex-girlfriend anymore or you will be jailed/fined. You
all know how this works...
Once the restraining order has been issued, it would be very
very foolish to:
- Hire your friends to go beat up your ex-girlfriend
- Send a mailbomb via courier
- Hire an assassin
Every selfrespecting man knows that the only viable option is
to call the ex-girlfriend every night begging for forgiveness!

This raises a question, does the story have similarities to the incident that
caused this debate?
if it does, then i laugh even more

Hmm, but as long as no judge has issued a restraining order, it's okay to hire
an assassin to kill the ex?
