While at it, make it so that we cannot run more than 3 rooms/heartbeat, unless
you have high hiking skill, then you could triple this amount of movement...
yea lets fuck all without ships too. While fucking up swapping.
Amd Agro'Naut swapping like 4times between each 2 ticks.
