Give -20ac or more to gnolls. And take some spratio away from kobolds, and
while at it make their gnoll skillmax 70% and spellmax 60% and kobold 60-70.

Yes, tho kobold already lost much hp/sp ratio! But plz while doing these tunes
give them +50 xprate more at least!!
