Recently (~2 months) i have killed monsters who has dropped eq that does not
have AWESOME max condition.

Is this also a little bug, or might it be that players has beaten the mob so
hard that their eqs have less than AWESOME condition?

Nowhere is it written that all eq shall start at awesome condition.
