First con boon was tuned to 40 and con from society was upgraded to 60+.
ALso the amount of con per level was upgraded. Later on strength boon was also
downgraded and society bonus upgraded. Now all stat boons have been downgraded
to 40 and to my understanding the stat maximum from a society is now 30+ as it
used to be in the start.

However, the upgraded amount of con/str per level has been maintained.
Although, all stat boons have been downgraded. Now, when the final "freereinc"
has arrived, I'm just wondering if this is the way societies are planned to be
("special" treatment for con/str)?
