The penalty for knight banishment is now drastically redesigned. Instead of
being unable to use knight-guild spells, such as summon mount, the penalty is
now loss of half the stats given by the knight guild. For a maxed-out knight,
this amounts to a loss of 3 int, 3 str, 3 con, and a small amount of hpr and
spr.

Could we get access to knight dungeon even during banishment? Perhaps by
moving the entrance to the dungeon to same room where you join the guild? Its
now possible to get into situation, where you imprison an eq monster and only
after that you remember, that you are banned and unable to retrieve the
equipment.

I didn't even add that blocking in the first place. You should now be able to
access the knight guild training rooms, regardless of banishment status.
