Level: 77 Age: 171d, 12h, 25min and 35s

this has been suggested quite a few times before, but i give it yet one more
try: please (pretty please with sugar on top), make that skill to work. at the
moment it's a 50 ep skill that is next to useless. i'd love to see it do lil
damage, and some +hit or +dam or +crit for next round or two, should the user
have a decent % of the skill. a very good success might give a short stun(very
rarely or such). it still wouldn't be even closely as effective as other
combat starters such as dim mak. umm, that's about it... i hope i can use
kiai-cry in the future
