Today I got an order to command drill instructors teach soldiers a new skill.
I've done that, and they now teach soldiers with sufficient battle experience
a skill called 'Mastery of weapon handling'.
In other words, 'mastery of weapon handling' was added. It affects all kind of
strike-type skills, turning the damtype of the skill to possible alternative
damtype of your weapon. It may also boost the skill otherwise.
Training is dependant on battle experience, amounts required might (or might
not) be tuned.
