Ok here's another stupid idea from me... since lately the pool has been pretty
low on sp, and going down all the time, could the people that are at the top
of the minus list get some greatly - stat or some stuff like that until they
donate and get to 0 or over? That would induce those hardcore drainers to
sometimes donate shit instead of just using the pool at will.
