Here's an idea for the mineral exchange:

sell adamantium for 1500
You sold ... blah blah

exchange sapphire for emerald,topaz,moss agate
You deposited 60kg of divine refined sapphire for exchange to
emerald, topaz and moss agate.

Now, I go to mineral exchange with 100kg of topaz, needing sapphire,
so I put: exchange topaz for sapphire
So whoever deposited the sapphire gets the topaz, minus exchange
costs of course. You could exhange gems for gems, metals for metals
etc, and you could only exchange the same state of refinement,
unless otherwise specified.

Way too many opportunities for abuse. Defeats the purpose of supply/demand.
Your idea works just the same if you buy mats and wait long enough for your
other stuff to sell.
