Hello,

I tuned elderhood some once again. Now the low level-once-been-an-elder-nuns
are recognized elders (once again). However, the elder bonuses you get is
based on guild level now. Zaps got higher recharge time and so on. This has
not been tested yet, so it might or might not have some featuring. ;)
