Elder nuns are no longer immune to Synod punishments - after all, they should
stand as an example to younger ones and behave like that.

Another note about punishments, one should not get punished for "she is
playing so little that she is rarely on while prayer is kept". Synod has the
right to chastise sisters for misbehaviour, and that won't change, but I hope
that missing prayers because of just being offline at the time won't get one
into blacklist anymore. I know about the problems with activity system and I
will look at it.
