mabbe the 'paranoia' spell could work lil more often than once per 50 casts,
with
100% spell and all stuff maxed

I tweak the formula a bit, not casters level is taking into consideration
instead of only the targets...

I tweak the formula a bit, not casters level is taking into consideration
instead of only the targets...
