I was in a city, had a camp fire, had a crystal, and could not see inventory.
I also had no +dark items on or around the 9 squares of my location. Maybe
some action need here. maybe not. Food for thought :) also posted to general

I have complained about this negative light previously. I was told that the a
person with infra vision could see far, but if you are just using normal
torchs/campfires it is expected your vision would be lower.
