Joribund should sell tethers to other people than guild members too, it would
make joining the guild a lot easier, since you'll need that tether anyway.
Joribund could return the used tether when one hands mount over, so we
wouldn't have to do the run-in-bank-buy-tether-hand-over-advance-level thingy
all over and over again.
