It makes well enough sense really. The better we know how to give, the better
we should be able to take away. So maybe it should be cast help or cast
special. Anti-regen spells are pretty common, so I don't see much harm in
letting us be able to cast this one more reliably. Or maybe there should be a
'none' cast type, for spells that only benefit from general magical knowledge,
and can never benefit from a specific area of study in terms of casting
reliability.
