I would like to see a combo of the old and new tiger mission systems. Targets
should die when you kill them, I mean geez, they keep 50% of the experience
anyway with a ress. Players should be able to hire the tiger guild. It injects
great intrigue into the mud, and allows a low-level character who has been
maligned by a more powerful character a means to exact their revenge (thereby
creating 'newbie-friendliness' in a strange kind of way.) If there has been no
recent hirings, a random target should be assigned to the guild, both as
incentive for people to hire the guild, and to keep the guild's tigers in
practice.
You can whine all you want about tigers annoying you but it just makes it
sound like they are not powerful enough. It's true. I fail on targets more
than I succeed, either because the target runs away, or kills me. The guild
should not stop just because you are 'too-powerful'. There is the honor and
reputation of the guild involved in being able to complete a mission,
regardless of cost.
If persons have been repeatedly the targets of missions, perhaps a limit
(once a week) could be set on how often a contract may be taken out on a
single individual.
Oh yes, and while you make tiger missions like they were, add also that any
tiger can be killed on sight without any penalties. Who likes assassins near
you anyway, you cannot trust em.

If you decide to play the game and not just bot exp, you might be interested
in role playing- as a tarm i would banish evil players on sight because the
were a threat to me, and worshiped evil gods.

why shouldn't one kill any tiger on sight as it is? at least i attack tigers
(masked) everytime i see them when i feel like i'm able to defeat them
