Is there a way that when players start the game for the first time, they are
automatically subscribed to the inform newsgroup, and possibly caught up?
Most players that just start, I've been seeing are scared to read news because
of the amount they have to read all at once, but informs are pretty vitally
important, even if no other newsgroups are subscribed to.
