Plenty of newbies have made the mistake of training something to:100 or to:max
after reinc and put all their exp into swim,battlecry or attack.) So Im
suggesting that there should be like a toggle so to:max or even to:100 trains
only to racemax. This feature could toggled off in the guild but would be on
after reinc.
