Skaven, if I am thinking of the right race, is limited to a very specific
game. It might be copyrighted. If they turn out to be public domain, or at
least not get us sued, maybe, but don't expect four-armed chaos mutant skaven
around anytime soon.

-- I used to rely on word of recall a _lot_ myself. However, I understand the
tune was made mostly to wimpy (taking WoR with it) by mortal suggestion. It
does make the spell teleport without error more useful, and I speak from
experience as one who didn't always have that nav level. "Where's an
aggromonster I can use to get home?"

-- ranged combat has been discussed quite a bit over the years. Implimenting
it is not a simple job. It will most likely require some kind of conversion.
